Every teammate at TAG crafts a Personal Impact Plan, which they update annually. The first step in developing an Impact Plan is to identify where your innate talent is concentrated. Our approach leverages an assessment instrument that is grounded in over five decades of behavioral research. Our teammates have found it to be an invaluable tool for identifying their talents, which enables them to use those talents to achieve maximum Impact, Happiness, & Success

Whether you are submitting your application and video to explore how you might be able to make your impact at TAG, or are applying for a specific open position listed on our website, we will reach out to you within one week after we have received your application.
If your application is chosen for further consideration, one of our team members will set up a time to visit with you over the phone to explore your interest.
If you are selected to participate in the interview process, you will speak with the hiring manager or a member of his/her team and a representative from human resources. The interview will be conducted either in person or by video chat.
