Our EVP and team lead for Lean has 41 years’ experience in the aerospace industry, 36 of those years at Boeing / Spirit AeroSystems in a myriad of increasing leadership positions in Operations. He also held senior leadership positions in new programs and contracts as well as worked at GKN in St. Louis as the Vice President of Operations, and three & a half years at Triumph Aerospace’s Red Oak, Texas facility. Our team has extensive lean training from Boeing / Spirit AeroSystems and GKN as well as a holding green belt in Six Sigma. We have an incredible track record of program performance turnarounds through lean manufacturing implementation. Our team in general has extensive experience on multiple aerospace platforms in the defense industry.
The Albers Group provides technical services to implement Lean Manufacturing for our Customers. Our expert team has demonstrated performance in lean implementation on several aerospace production lines. Specifically the scope of our services includes:
A. Training of lean techniques.
B. Facilitation of Value Stream Mapping, and implementation of Kaizens to drive improvements through our clients’ production line(s).
C. Development and prioritization of a Continuous Improvement Roadmap and schedule for Kaizens, Quality Improvement Plans, and other Lean tools.
